Despite the good name that countries like Tanzania or Rwanda have......just go to the villages and the poverty is over the roof...marque they are still the least developed countries in the world.....not all that glitters is gold.

When it comes to aggressivenes, you can't beat Nigerians. They must be the most aggressive people in Africa. They may have some bad reputation and publicity but they hey man, they are go-getters. I have interacted with a few of them and I can attest to this
