FACTS
FACTSI got to be honest tho, Tanzania is developing fast, credit where due. And it is a good thing. But Kenya has the upper hand here, since it decentralized the government system. Counties are like their own small countries, and the central government is concentrating on developing the infrastructure zaidi. Even marginalised counties zimechange in those 4 few years. In Nairobi CBD you will never find apartments za ufala kama hizo za Kariakoo...the only apartments near CBD are very expensive...In the CBD, kama si office spaces ni hotels na stores...imagine having those Kariakoo-like apartments near these skyscrapers? how weird?
