I got to be honest tho, Tanzania is developing fast, credit where due. And it is a good thing. But Kenya has the upper hand here, since it decentralized the government system. Counties are like their own small countries, and the central government is concentrating on developing the infrastructure zaidi. Even marginalised counties zimechange in those 4 few years. Lets give em 10 more tuone.
