One thing you don't know about westerners is that they call all their towns cities, even the very smallest of towns. They do the same when referring to towns fiund in other continents; they will still call them cities in reference to towns as we know them here. During the recent dam collapse incident in Nakuru, I read an online publication by The Herald referring to Nakuru as a city stating...."the incident occured in Solai, located not far from the city of Nakuru in Rift Valley..." We all know that Nakuru is not a city (at least according to kenyan standards).
