Ukitaka kujua kwamba ni mtu wa ajabu, eti anadai kwamba electric locomotive ni nzuri tu kwa light trains na passenger trains because of the speed, but can't pull heavier cargo wagon, jaribu kufuatilia posts zake utacheka sana.

Mahali nipo nimeona mara mbili train ya umeme ikivuruta shehena ya miti iliyokatwa. Train yenyewe ilikuwa kama 500 metres long. Kila mti ulikuwa mkubwa na mnono na ilikuwa imejaza hizo miti kibao tu. Sijui kama neno mti ni sahihi au mbao ndio sahihi lakini you get the point.
Kifupi ni kwamba electric engines mara nyingi ni more powerfull kuliko diesel engines, kwa wanaojua engineering watakumbuka kitu kinachoitwa "Mechanical advantage", so much energy is wasted in diesel engines to move very many engine parts and heat energy, also fuel combustion is not 100%, most of diesel engines have MA less than 45%, while that of electric engines are around 75%
