Now those days have Gone, only memories on the walls,
Nairobi is oldy, Dar is so modern, Your old Nairobi is no match of it,

One of the interesting things I realised is Nairobi is full of struggles, many of you are poor, jobless, broke and Hopeless, few are enjoying off big time out there.

Ukitaka parks kuna mingi sana,Aboretum, Uhuru gardens, Karura, Kws, among others... mfuko wako ndio uko chini...

Nairobi inawatu watabaka zote.. Bigger part of Nairobi 'interms of land' imejengwa vizuri sana..
Nikiannalyse your views inaonyesha kwamba unaenda sana sehemu ya wanyonge kama wewe.

Dar ndio inajenga mji wake sahii ndio maana yaonekana mpia, ukienda miji kama London, Paris na Rome.. Mji wakitambo unathamani sana hata kuzidi mji wao mpia.. Mji wanairobi wakitambo inamiundo mbinu amboyo Dar can only dream about.. Flowers and trees everywhere, Ample parking space, Resting sits around the City, quality trafic lights...

You can't compare the planned real estate in Nairobi or even Mombasa to your slum City of Dar.

Because Kenya uses consecutive model of construction, you think that is the only option available, we are using different model of doing that, all phases will be built concurrently not consecutively like the way you do.
