The fact is that,Nairobi ni ndogo ukilinganisha na Dar ndiyo maana kwa Nairobi unaweza ku-capture almost the whole City,lakini kwa Dar sio rahisi.!

One question, how do you start off a phase 2 of a project which we haven't seen the phase 1...

Because Kenya uses consecutive model of construction, you think that is the only option available, we are using different model of doing that, all phases will be built concurrently not consecutively like the way you do.

It is only you who say and see those shack, but UNhabitat doesn't see the same, it sees ten big slums in Nairobi of world class standards, but sees none in Dar
