You are always very late in everything! Before you even contemplated borrowing a loan to build this one, Kenya was doing away with it's toll stations for more efficient and integrated Fuel Levy scheme as a way of collecting/funding for road construction/maintenance.
Although they might be reintroduced on planned express highways,the toll gates will be under Public-Private Partnership (PPP). I wonder which scheme you fellows are using.
