Uganda can even choose to consume all of it.
That's a drop in Dangote's ocean. Dangote will source his crude from the Middle East.

IDIOT, kwan uganda hawa nchi zingine za kuwauzia? infact will be the HUB of refined oil for other countries zinazokaribiana nae so as to bypass mombasa, whats even crazy ethiopia is building a new refinery, inshort your dangote dream is shattered
