Juu inaonekana hamjui what MoU is😂😂🤣.

M ashangilia as contract has been signed kumbe it's just an MoU. MoU is a very useless agreement cause it can be terminated anytime without any consequences to the terminating party😂😂🤣.

In short MoU is just a plan which can remain a plan forever without ever actualising 😂😂
