CAF bado hawaja amua wapi wataweka IBC.. International Broadcast Centre. So chill... Na kwanza mwenye TV rights ukanda huu wa Afrika Mashariki ni AZAM Media. Kunyaland mko kwenye free to air broadcast kupitia KBC, same to Uganda with UBC na Tanzania with TBC.

So, Azam ndio anauwezekano mkubwa wa kuleta IBC Dar kwa sababu tayari ana uwezo na vifaa vya kutosha. Hata Rais wa CAF alishafanya tour Azam Media kukagua uwekezaji ulioko pale.
Kunyaland kuwa na IBC watatumia facility ipi na yenye vifaa gani kuipita Azam?

There is ZERO possibility broadcast center itapelekwa kichaka cha Arusha.
Alafu right holders are only the broadcasters, mjinga wewe.

The International Broadcast Centre is independent. It produces the games, and licences a central feed to broadcasters.
If Azam want anything to do with broadcasting, they'll have to bring their lorry all the way to Nairobi.

100% it will be located at or around Talanta, the primary host.
