Hapo unaambiwa kuwa dar es salaam rent inakuwa kubwa sababu demand ya kubwa kuliko supply na Inaweza kutokana na kuwa na larger ongoing economic activities kubwa kuliko , Nairobi demand ilhaiendani na mahitaji nyumba nyingi lakini purchasing power ndogo hence lower price .
Mkasomage economics kwanza , usomi sio kiingereza ila ni we uwezo wa kuelewa, sasa kama mtu kama wewe huelewi demand and supply laws , utajulia wapi masuala fluctuation of rents between cities

The reason demand must be high in Tanzania is ;
1. There is no supply of residential buildings.

From the look of things we can see where the demand for luxury building is and where's there is supply as well.

Dar has few deman with no supply, Nairobi has more demand with over supply.

Yani if I take Parklands alone, it has more apartments than the whole of Tanzania combined under construction alafu mtu anataka kukuambia Dar has more demand for apartments than Nairobi. 🤣 🤣 We literally have over 90 apartment buildings over 20 floors under construction right now in Nairobi. Meanwhile, ask them to show you one building in Dar under construction over 20 floors and they will struggle. Hawa watu hawananga common sense.

Alafu anajigamba ati hatujui laws of demand and supply 😂😂🤣.

Kwao hiyo supply ndio hakuna, so that law can't be applied in Dar cause it's a one sided scenario 😂🤣

Even Mombasa is building more towers than entire Tanzania.

One thing they don't understand with Kenya is that there is over supply while kwao there's no supply at all.

Halafu affordable Housing has also added to the glut. We just have too many apartments and still building.
