There are so many construction sites across Tatu City. Tatu City had $3 billion in total cumulative private investments by last year. $800 million in the development.

That number is only going up. How many big companies or businesses have built and opened so far in your new Dodoma city?
Tatu City was built with private money, including the roads and sewerage, and still don't have a single government building.
New Dodoma is full of ugly government buildings and no private building. That's the difference 😂😂

The length of Kenya's SGR is limited by the size of the marshalling yards, not the track or railway, mr. injinia.
When demand gets there, we'll upgrade the yards for a few million dollars.

What's the point of your SGR having 2000m train capacity, when it barely carries 15 containers? 😂 LDC
