I personally think they would’ve come up with a more modern design for this super tall, however sometimes renders may give a wrong impression, while the actual thing might be impressive.

It is actually impressive as it is, in my opinion. But I don't know why I am a little sceptical about this project. It has been in the pipeline for a long time. Isn't this the one by Michael Moyo?
