What I love about Kenya is that most of this money is lunch money to us.
We are capable of mobilizing the entire Rwandese or Burundian entire budgets for Nairobi alone, in one year.
Ongoing projects right now Affordable Housing in Nairobi ALONE ($1.2 B):
Talanta Stadium ($400m), Bomas ($400m), Nairobi Rivers ($400m) Overpasses ($200m) , And that's just the National government.
Private sector and County government are doing double that; more than President of China can find
Tatu City alone as Geza Ulole will soon realize has more 15+ floor projects under construction than the entire Dar vumbi President of China .

The day we vote out our selfish leaders and bring in visionary ones, we'll overtake you in natural gas too in one afternoon - which we don't produce. (Same as everyone in the world knows Kilimanjaro is in Kenya because you are bongolala idiots.)

Also, unlike bongoslum, Nairobi has the added advantage of not looking like Gaza. We don't need to demolish 98% of our buildings to create a proper city. We inherited an already properly planned city so all we did was continue.

I watch a lot of Youtube and movies.

I have never once heard any foreigner say they visited and want to return or settle in Dar slum or Tanzania

There are now more 20+ floor buildings under construction in Westlands - Nairobi alone today, than there are (both built or being built) in the entire Tanzania, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda, South Sudan, Somalia COMBINED.

I did the math and Westlands alone got the entire region COMBINED beat by a comfortable margin.

This week, I just realized there is a whole community of Nigerians in Kenya advocating on TikTok how they should behave and not piss off Kenyans like it's happening in SA.
