Critical Audit Findings
The Auditor-General's report detailed massive systemic and compliance failures within the housing initiative:

- Land & Procurement Irregularities: Several projects were initiated on community lands lacking clear ownership records, alongside systemic weaknesses in procurement integrity and contractor oversight.
