Diplomacy has two swords . It can also show one nation status in relation between states. In this case Kenya looks superior. You will never see Kenyans lining up on streets waving flags to welcome a Tanzanian President.

Your ignorance of Diplomacy and Protocol issues cannot remove any truth.
Kwenye uwanja wa Diplomasia zipo aina 5 za Visits. And In diplomacy all protocols are the same regardless the country. Do you know why there is protocol in International relations?
