Na ndio maana China is aiming to shift from producer based to consumption based economy by increasing from 40% to 60% consumer based. Kuna tofauti ya serikali kua na pesa na wananchi kua na pesa. Washajenga nchi yao sasa wanataka wachina wengi wakue matajiri kama other fully developed countries.
