CATALONIA GRAND ZANZIBAR ALL SUITES AND SPA​

The Catalonia Grand Zanzibar All Suites & Spa is located in the Pwani Mchangani area, a tropical paradise with white sandy beaches and coral reefs, just a few kilometers from the Kichwele Forest Reserve and many other natural sites. The resort will consist of 272 suite rooms (including 2 water villas) and will offer all kinds of facilities and amenities for its guests: a large 800m² swimming pool, a spectacular 1600m² wellness and spa area, a gym, extensive dining options, an amphitheatre, a Kid's Club, a shopping area, and more.

A special feature is the Jetty area, a walkway that extends into the sea where guests can enjoy a restaurant, bar, lounge area, and a pool that fills with the high tide and allows for swimming when the tide is low.
Gastronomy is one of the basic pillars of Catalonia, and the project aims to elevate its offering and become the benchmark of the island by providing its guests with the most diverse and extensive gastronomic selection in the area.
