The problem in Kenya is procrastination and mediocre approach to serious matters. Why wait till hundreds of traders have settled down. In real functioning governments , sooner you establish a kibanda , next day you are arrested and fined heavily not wait 2 years later to remove you ( now that becomes economic sabotage for the victims).. we need serious leadership.
