These nikkas Believe that an ordinary Kenyan doesn't own land. I don't know who fed this crap in their headsBongolalalas will never comprehend the Kenyan culture of land ownership. It’s like a sacred experience.
Napenda mnavyojifariji.Olympic standards maneno!
Construction Kila mahali? Hapa tunatumia evidence. Show me construction projects going on in those areas I mentionedHayo maeneo unayoyataja yanarekebishwa kila leo na kuna construction kila mahala.
You don't need to remind us that dar is unplanned; everyone here knows that. Hebu show us those proper houses found in those unplanned areasPia utofauti wa TZ na Kenya ni moja.
Dar ni mji ambao haujapangika hilo lipo wazi, ila lina proper houses.
Of course we have slums. We don't thrive on denial like you do. But if I showed you some of the places ranked as slums in Nairobi, you'll be amazed. They are a million times better than your sprawling uswazi hovels. Google Githurai and Ruai; two areas listed as slums to see fo yourself.
umeulizwa what size? hamjibu! These nikkas Believe that an ordinary Kenyan doesn't own land. I don't know who fed this crap in their heads
Hayo maeneo niliyotaja (and many others that I haven't mentioned) make up more than a half of all settlements in Dar.
Sasa maeneo hayo uliyotaja ndio Dar nzima.
Mwanzo ilikuwa Talanta haitajengwa. Ikaja Talanta is a PPP project. Ikafata haitafanana na render. Sasa hivi eti haitasurvive!
Bongolala, how does having a running track help a stadium survive? Kindly elaborate on this

Kenyans value land more than money… btw I just got an opportunity for a good deal in Tana River area last month and I got myself 30 acres on a throw away price ( 4.5 mil) .. I am watching the spaceport development at Kipini with hawk eyes ..If you are interested, I think they might still have a couple of lots left ..
