Old Nairobi CBD + some parts of south B/C in the background... the proposed 260m +150m Nssf towers will completely transform and renew the CBD's skyline thus reasarting its position among the continent's top skyline ...

They are yet to release their updated and upgraded renders but I personally hope they stick to this one of their initial renders and just add the number of floors to match their new recently released EIA report...

I wonder how much is 600 acres in TZ?..probably the price of a weekend getaway to Diani in Kenyan shillings..😆😆 I have seen land in some parts of Tanzania going as low as $100 per acre. In Kenya , good luck finding anything under $800 per acre anywhere in the country ..and that some very remote place at that price ( I was very lucky. Sometimes you might catch a seller in a desperate economic situation)

That's why I told you land in kenya is horded by rich people and politicians majority of you lot are scavenging for what little is left behind hence the steep prices. Hukusoma supply and demand in school?
