Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

[Nicxie]

Olympic standards maneno! Pale Ukunduni wanaiga global giant football clubs ngoja tuone Talanta kama ita-survive!

Napenda mnavyojifariji.
Mwanzo ilikuwa Talanta haitajengwa. Ikaja Talanta is a PPP project. Ikafata haitafanana na render. Sasa hivi eti haitasurvive!

Bongolala, how does having a running track help a stadium survive? Kindly elaborate on this

Hivi tukuoneshe hayo maeneo sasa hivi kwa ground yapoje!?

Anza na Mabibo na Keko tuone aerial views

Hayo maeneo unayoyataja yanarekebishwa kila leo na kuna construction kila mahala.

Construction Kila mahali? Hapa tunatumia evidence. Show me construction projects going on in those areas I mentioned

Pia utofauti wa TZ na Kenya ni moja.
Dar ni mji ambao haujapangika hilo lipo wazi, ila lina proper houses.

You don't need to remind us that dar is unplanned; everyone here knows that. Hebu show us those proper houses found in those unplanned areas

Kenya mna slums na nyumba nyingi za mabati kitu ambacho TZ haukikuti.
Yani tulichokosea Dar ni upangiliaji miji tu.

Of course we have slums. We don't thrive on denial like you do. But if I showed you some of the places ranked as slums in Nairobi, you'll be amazed. They are a million times better than your sprawling uswazi hovels. Google Githurai and Ruai; two areas listed as slums to see fo yourself.

Secondly, those mabati houses are limited to specific slums. There are areas listed as slums but you'll never find mabati houses.

Lastly, i don't know what you'll say in the next few years going by the current slum upgrades. If Mukuru is not an eye opener for you, then you are in for a rude shock!

[Nicxie]

Wewe jamaa huwa ni mpumbavu sana
Sasa maeneo hayo uliyotaja ndio Dar nzima. Kitu kimoja naweza kuungana na wewe hayo maeneo uliyotaja ni uswazi kweli.

Hayo maeneo niliyotaja (and many others that I haven't mentioned) make up more than a half of all settlements in Dar. Google Earth sio waongo

Kenyans value land more than money… btw I just got an opportunity for a good deal in Tana River area last month and I got myself 30 acres on a throw away price ( 4.5 mil) .. I am watching the spaceport development at Kipini with hawk eyes ..If you are interested, I think they might still have a couple of lots left .. ( inbox me)
