And to think that one of the most iconic building in Nairobi, I&M Bank tower, is only 16 floors... We've come from far.
I believe Dar is where we were in early 2000s. (Doesn't mean 25 years away. Big difference. Cities are developing much faster than in 2000s,). Addis is the best example.
Nairobi's edge (CBD) will always be that of an almost European, well-organized, wall-to-wall buildings on narrow streets layout. In Sub-Saharan Africa, I think only SA has something similar. To replicate that will be hard. Plus the trees and the parks.
The other day I saw a video tour of Dodoma's new government city and almost puked at what should in theory "be a future great state capitol' for one of these united states of EA.

Either Kenyans are being used knowingly or unknowingly. The Kenyan media is being used to spread a plan planned for many years by Mr. PAKA. This guy tried to influence Uhuru and they formed COW with Museven, Tanzanian Intelligence explained the whole plan to Uhuru Kenyatta, COW died. This guy formed the M24 group to extract wealth from the DRC while Belgium and Germany helped him for the benefit of those countries.
