Talking of other projects, show me any city in Tanganyika with a commuter rail project ukiondoa Dar is slum. You are talking about projects while this was launched just recently and we just kept quiet about it.

Dodoma zinajengwa ghorofa kibao mzee na bado real-estate industry in Tanzania is way more vibrant than Kenya by far, here we talk about multi-billion and multinational projects, you got none

I like when you console yourselves this much. Talking of Dodoma, hebu tuoneshe hizo ghorofa 'kibao' zinazojengwa. Are you able to list at least 20 high rise buildings under construction in Dodoma?

And did you say your real estate industry is vibrant? Did the word vibrant got a new meaning ama ni kujiliwaza as usual? Hebu show us that vibrancy tuone or at least support your claims with proof

Alisikika bongolala akijiliwaza. Jana nilikupa mfano na commuter rail ya Mombasa which was launched just recently and we decided just to keep quiet about it. Nikakuuliza unipe mji wowote Tanganyika kando na Dar that has a commuter rail network. Bado nasubiri jibu hadi sasa.
