Do you know how many construction projects are going on in that stretch alone, leave alone Westlands as a whole? You wouldn't understand anything

Hii issue ya magorofa hua inawauma sana. Na bado! Do you know how many are in the pipeline in Westlands alone? More than 20 building projects over 20 floors and above (majority are 30+ floor buildings like this one I have shared below). That is just Westlands alone. In the next 3-4 years, sijui mtasema nini when all these projects are completed

Talking of other projects, show me any city in Tanganyika with a commuter rail project ukiondoa Dar is slum. You are talking about projects while this was launched just recently and we just kept quiet about it.

And to add the salt to the injury, no action was taken. The dude just switched the ministry. Same old soup, just reheated . The day we form a serious transparent service oriented government, we will cross the Red Sea to First World status. We got too much potential that goes wasted by corrupt mindless so called leaders. Anyways, this not the forum or place to unmask our political problems. Another day, another platform.

The sooner the better. This country has potential but leaders are justa total let down!

I am willing to bet anyone based on the info I got. In 5 years time ( not 10), Nairobi will be the top skyscraper city in Africa . Westlands will resemble a mini manhattan when all the projects are done. Upper Hill will see 50 plus stories buildings rising up every corner ( next boom). Addis is moving up fast but Nairobi will claim her position as the African Financial center. And with the UN bringing lots of its total operations to Nairobi, the sky will be limitless.
