Ila Dar ndio yaipiku Nai kwa towers of 30+flrs, but if we're talking of 20+flrs, Nai has more. Hata ukishuka China mpaka kwa apartments of 5+flrs, Nai has several times more than Dar. But for the 30+ flrs, Dar has the edge for now
