Addis Ababa is the biggest threat to Nairobi has far as tall buildings are concerned. I have seen clubs full on a Tuesday or Wednesday nights with bottle service in every corner. Who goes to clubs on weekdays anyways?..😁😁 Apartments and houses all over Kenya not just Nairobi are being snatched left and right before the first brick is laid down. They can’t keep up with the demand. When it comes to money, people will complain but they got secret stashes in various accounts for fun and investment. I know guys I went to Primary school with living better than me and they are in Kenya and are not politicians or corrupt. Welcome to Kenya.
