In Tanzania for one to see an interchange lazima wafike Dar while in Kenya interchanges are everywhere.

Why does it pain you? Is it your money in use? The interchange is in Eldoret, one of the fastest growing towns in Kenya and which was recently declared a city. Wewe kwa akili yako finyu you don't see the need of an interchange in such a place, just because Arusha yenu ama Mwanza yenu hazina? Mbona mnalazimisha tufanane?
