MY TAKE
Anhaa kumbe figisu bado zipo!

wacha waendelee kuji shoot kwenye mguu. yule muhindi wao aliyeshika soko la gas kama anakamata kende za nyangau anahonga mamlaka ile mbaya wakati uwezo hana waache waendelee ku import gas from Tanzania.

Yani with the all minerals in their country bado they can’t even manage top 10 in Africa😂😂🤣.

Kenya with no minerals are giving the likes of Nigeria, Morocco and Angola run for their monies. Actually it’s inly Kenya and Ethiopia ndio hawategemei minerals in this list.
kwani hiyo list imesema top 10 au anything? You think we cannot tinker with our exchange rates like you to prop up our GDP?

You can twist the issue all you want but it doesn’t take away the facts that Nairobi was first to propose, study and try to implement BRT system. Dar joined the game after . As I indicated earlier, kudos to you guys, since you have no political challenges za upuzi ( CCM is dictatorship) you moved well with your plans. Nairobi BRT got overwhelmed by Matatu cartels’ attacks since it was a threat to their booming business. Cartels won the day . There is still plans to restart the project with Cartels having a stake in it. We shall see. Now you know. Na hiyo pink drawing ni Kazi tu ya wizi wa Mali ya uma . Facts
Acha ubishi pitia hapa it was first proposed in 2014 while were completing ours 🤣🤣🤣

Inawezekana hata haujui source ya sgr Kenya pole . Hilo halikuwa wazo Lenu bali ilianzia kwenye kikao cha heads of state na kampuni iliyoaanda masterplan ilikuwa ya kikanada

The East African Railway Master Plan, which addresses the need for new railway lines, was formally directed by EAC Heads of State in 2004. This followed a period where the railway system in the region was near collapse. The plan aims to modernize existing lines and extend them to other East African nations.
Here's a more detailed timeline:
Early 20th Century:
Early railway lines were built, including the Usambara Railway in Tanzania (starting in 1893) and the Uganda Railway (starting in 1896).
1960s:
The TAZARA railway project, connecting Tanzania and Zambia, was initiated in the mid-1960s.
Late 20th Century:
The Tanzania-Zambia Railway (TAZARA) was completed in 1976.
2004:
EAC Heads of State directed the development of the East African Railway Master Plan.
2007-2009:
The Master Plan was prepared by CPCS Transcom of Canada, and completed in 2009.
2017:
Kenya opened the Nairobi-Mombasa Standard Gauge Railway (SGR), part of the larger regional network.
SGR was an East African Initiative rooted in East Africa railways master plan. it was a joint agreement to upgrade our railways. because Kenya started first does not mean other countries copied Kenya
