You can twist the issue all you want but it doesn’t take away the facts that Nairobi was first to propose, study and try to implement BRT system. Dar joined the game after . As I indicated earlier, kudos to you guys, since you have no political challenges za upuzi ( CCM is dictatorship) you moved well with your plans. Nairobi BRT got overwhelmed by Matatu cartels’ attacks since it was a threat to their booming business. Cartels won the day .
