Those are nice cars. They're actually newer than most cars on Bongo roads and are in good condition. They are also not the only cars on Kenyan roads. If I buy a new car and use it till its old yet still functioning, I won't just dispose it for the sake of it. The daladalas in Tanzania however are ALL old. like, there was no single daladala younger than 25 years. That's just weird.
FYI here are what typical cars on Bongo streets look like. Took the photo myself too.

The first time I visited Nairobi was 2014, just graduated ,
That time I saw some few cool European brands in Nairobi,
Nowadays you rarely spot a VW Touareg V6 ya 2012, huku bongo kwa Sasa ni kama uchafu , you guys are really broke, kwa Sasa mmechoka wasee, mmejaza 2002 probox Hadi cbd ?
I can tell you , yes we are all having challenges with buying decent cars,but now Tz closed the gap long ago.
Barabara zenu zimejaa Toyota and Nissan jalopies all over ,
