Miradi yenu in general ni miradi ya few million dollars, hasa hizi apartments za less than $10M. Huwezi fananisha na miradi yetu mingi ya billions of dollars.

Mpaka sasa mradi wenu mkubwa under construction ni Talanta Stadium ambao ni not more than $250M.

The affordable housing Project worth more than the value of all projects in Tanzania. Affordable housing is valued at around $5B.

And unlike your Mama Samia "housing scheme" which is constantly facing cancellations and funding challenges for just a handful of projects targeting the high-middle class, Kenya's scheme has so much money we almost don't know what to do with it, storing it instead in treasury bills.
