Ukiona they have postponed CHAN that should tell you that CAF was planning to have an opening ceremony in Kenya especially Kasarani Stadium, but since Kasarani is still not ready they had no option but to postpone the tournament.

I made this comment on 7th January, 7 days later CHAN has been postponed because Kenya is not yet ready. Kenya is powerful.



I doubt if Uganda or Tanzania could have resulted in this tournament being postponed if they were in Kenyan position.
