1. Kenyans are poor than Tanzanians that's why majority Kenyans can't even afford 3 meals per day.

2. Talking of GDP per Capita? With majority Kenyans live in slums including you?

3. Kenya is behind Tanzania as far literacy rate is concerned.

4. Are you talking about real paved roads or paper paved roads?

Very poor country, with the gdp of $32 billion. Una mwambie mwenzako anashindwa simple google search while wew ndio mpumbavu mmoja kabisa. 😂😂😂

Kenyans are poor than Tanzanians yet you can't prove anything. On the other hand, I can prove that Tanzania has the highest poverty rate in the region. Ukitaka ushahidi sema nilete.

DGP per Capita is calculated by the world bank and it's available on their website free of charge. Hizi povu zako won't change anything.

Can you prove that Kenya is behind Tanzania as far as literary levels are concerned? Again, I can prove to you that illiteracy levels in Tanzania are way ahead of Kenya's.

Real paved road ndio nini? If you can't even pave roads in your 'high-end' estates in Dar like Mbezi bado uko na nguvu ya kuongea about paved roads?

You shouldn't even be proud of Tanzania selling electricity to Kenya. On the contrary, unafaa uhuzunike. Mbona uuze stima wakati hata wewe ujatosheleza mahitaji yako ya ndani huku trenj ikikwama kila siku kutokana na upungufu wa stima? Cha pili nchi unayouzia stima pia inakuzidi in both generation and consumption of electricity. Huoni huo ni ukilaza na upumbavu?

About real estate, Wacha kutuletea data ambazo zimepitwa na wakati. We're in 2024, not 2017. Do you know how many buildings above 20 floors are under construction (or in launching phase) in Westlands alone? They are close to 20. Wewe niambie ni majumba mangapi above 20 floors are under construction in Dar nzima kama utapata hata tano tu. Now, that should tell you the current real estate situation between these two cities. They are just worlds apart. Wewe endelea kujifariji na figures za 2017!!
