1&M tower is 99m with 18 floors. Thats 5.6M per floor.
Let me ask you one thing, when estimating the height of a building given only floor to roof height, don’t you add the slab thickness of each floor? What about the height of the Mezzanine Floor and the ground floor? In my opinion I think they should also be added. So if you assume the floor height will be around 5M I think it’s a bit skewed.3.1m is for residential buildings you fool.
