Na kama kweli Uganda atajenga reli yake ya umeme kuunganisha na reli ya makaa ya mawe ya kule North basi nitaamini kama sio JPM basi hata bomba la mafuta lingepita Kenya, hii iwape ufahamu wale jamaa zetu wa kusifusifu ujinga kwamba vitu havitokei kwa huruma na kujuana inatakiwa vipambaniwe, muwe na ushawishi na maarifa kama ya JPM.
