we don't admit D students for medicine in Kenya like you do in Tanzania......that's why when your doctors applied for jobs in Kenya they had to be given an entry test wakatoroka wote. . hahaha

Even Kenya doctors, and any other doctors from other countries if need to work in Tanzania must go through the same process, but remember that Tanzania doctors have performed many and complicated and modern medical procedures than yours, like cochlear implant surgery in public Hospital, Kenya will perform this procedure in public hospitals may be after 2030.
