Young man, what I ate for lunch today alone can buy your low quality 5-meals-a-day for a whole week. This here is Seafood Risotto that I had for lunch. It is a Japanese-Peruvian cuisine of shrimp, Octopus, squid, cheese and creamed rice cooked with broth. it cost me KES 3250, hiyo ni Tshs. 66,766. I took some pineapple smash before that, cost me another KES 700, that's Tshs. 14380 leading to a total of Tshs. 81,146. For breakfast I had sweet potatoes (4 slices), tea, an egg, a sausage and an orange. For supper I'll have chicken gizzard, pigweed, ugali and two bananas. That's a full balanced diet.
