Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Wewe Sasa ndio kondoo kuliko wote. Malls and Purchasing power goes hand in hand. Malls is an umbrella of many smaller and medium shops, nobody will build a mall if he/she knows they will not be occupied. Also remember that no business will rent a space in a mall if they know that they will not get customers. So here is a circle of how malls and PP are related.

  1. Mall (Owner expects it to be occupied by small traders). With no traders the mall will not be built.
  2. Traders (They can only rent a space in a mall if there are customers willing to purchase their products and services).
  3. Customers( They can only go to those shops in the malls if they have money to spent).
N/B: Customers are those people going there to spend money, not window shoppers.

Karne hii unasherekea AC, wakati CBD ya mji wa 2.4 million people unakaa hivi. Muna maisha magumu😅
