We need to work on the horizontal infrastructure now. The pace at which private sector is developing with is faster than the public sector.

As the private sector takes care of vertical infrastructure the government should fully concentrate on the horizontal. Or else we will have upmarkets like Kilimani, Kileleleshwa and Lavington having beautiful skyline with dilapidated roads, sews lines and poor public transport.
