One of the many reasons Dar is the most inefficient port in East Africa.
You think traders want their goods stuck at the port?

Your infrastructure is struggling to move cargo as fast as possible. And yet you receive half of what Mombasa receives.
Kama bahati mbaya mnaweza pata cargo kiasi ya Mombasa, you'll have to shut down the port. 🤣 🤣 🤣

Pamoja na hayo yote, bado Real Estate Net Value iko kubwa Dar kuzidi Nairobi, unajua sababu ni nini? Kanairo 3/4 kamejaa slums na slums zote ni za mabati rejects na milunda ile left over kwenye ujenzi, yaani ukiwa na Tsh 200K unajenga banda la kulala Nairobi😂😂😂
