I just had to Google how LDC Tanzania is doing in the mortgage department.
My findings..

Kenyans' Total Mortgage debt (2019): $1.6 Billion
Tanzanians' Total Mortgage debt (2022): $220 Million

LDC Bongolala is consistently trailing Kenya in everything, by a country mile.
It's no longer even funny. You're pulling the whole region down.

Every country needs rich neighbors with spending power to trade and develop.

I have seriously noticed that Bongolalas have a communist mentality especially the way they respond to certain issues… maybe it’s their education system… but they have a real problem ….. it will hold them back for years to come…..
