Kenyans only quarrel during voting period.....and on normal occasions Omondi na kamau hufanya vitu zao pamoja.....I know you are disappointed we didn't fight.....sorry poor msukumaWhy is this very important, that we must have/live in Estates.?! Why the rich and poor and middle class must live separately?!
That's a segregative model and it's failing in areas where all you have is community... Not just bunch people living together!
Tanzanians are loving people... And differences only apply to certain degree..by we don't segregate... We live next to each other...
Second our development model is all in.. It takes time and we can run as fast but eventually we will get there... We buy our land..build our houses based on personal needs and preferences...
Third..although our traditions gets in a way of the what you all call new era..we still embrace change..but with caution and more without letting go of our value.. We can't be slaves.. We will make homes at our time and resources..not some white boy..for the uncontrollable thirsty of quick gratification ( just like this throwing it your estates in our face) you end up unnecessarily spending primium to buy a standard house... And pay tones of money monthly for upkeep which in turn makes you a slave for rest of your life...
Bottom line we are different.. But we don't measure our success by how much we are becoming something other than a better Tanzanian(s) ... Our Values and Beliefs defines us...in return we use them to personalize how we accept change...
For your question ...just take a trip on Google maps ..satellite view.. One.must not pay fair to go anywhere in the new technologically globalized world...
