So the county can now choose their own President ( Governor) who’s answerable to the county as opposed to a district commissioner who only sings to the tune of the state house…kama nyinyi…. The provincial administration was scrapped but later mercifully retained as a government service entity though with limited powers… before Chiefs , DOs, DCs and PCs were the kings and queens of the masses … their word was law… no more.. and that’s why our democracy is more advanced than your CCM one party dictatorship…🤣🤣🤣
