Kenya has more dual carriageways than the rest of East Africa combined. Who has been funding them?

Kenya has more dual carriageways than the rest of East Africa combined. Who has been funding them?

1)SGR failed and stoped in the mid of jungle

2)Galana Kulalu which was very good and meaningful project failed due to absence of fund

3)Laptop per child project failed due to the same reason

4)Lamu port failed to attract investors, GoK is struggling

5) GoK has stopped all subsidies on Unga and fuel as the result Kenyans get only one meal per day due to lack of funds


Questions: Who will fund that uneconomic project?,

some international quarters says, kenya is slowly catching up with south africa, when it comes to matters road infrastructure...

the project money is already cartered for..... its funded by investors, the project already started
