My concern zaidi ni Hii per capita,iko chini sana kiuhalisia inareflect ni jinsi gani watz wanaishi maisha magumu, najua kuna watu watasema hatuna njaa lakini ziko factors nyingi sana hatuna mbali na kua hatuna njaa ,poor housing condition, watz wengi wanatumia kuni,ama mkaa kama nishati, maji kidimbwi sidhan kama vijijini kuna mabomba kwa kiwango kinachokubalika,umeme waliounganishwa inasomeka 39.9% tu Bado kazi ni kubwa inafaa kufanyika
