a point of correction to chongchung, for persistently insisting that 60% of kisumu is slums....

nb: apart from nyalenda estate, manyatta estate and small section of kondele,. the rest of kisumu residental setting is either, Lower Middle Class, Upper Middle Class or HighEnd.!

here kisumu is captured from each and every angle, uswazi in kisumu is only about 10% and is limited to only 3 estates.!

Kuna sehemu nyingi tu za Dar ambazo ni vichaka kabisa. You can't get a place like this in Nairobi unless it's a gazetted land like the Nairobi national park
