Dodoma is a town that has been in existence since Tanzanian got independence. Konza City is a new city being built from scratch. At the moment, we are doing horizontal work. Laying down the necessary infrastructure before, vertical works begin.
Bongolala, most of the projects you posted here and nonexistent and the few that do you exist you overquoated the figures. Kubali yaishe.
