Battle: Dar es Salaam vs Nairobi

Nairobi, the power house of slums[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
tusidanganyane hapa..... how do you expect a country like Tanyangika, with very little per capita income, and who's ranked as a Least Developed Country by UN, claim not to have any slum at all, at all.!!? that is a scam!😮, only a fool will believe that.
informal settlement is a normal phenomena in any major urban setting even in high income countries.
What is happening here is that, in the whole entire Metropolis of Dar-Es-Saalam, Informal Settlements is integrated very seamlessly with Formal Settlements, such that you cannot distinguish or classify which one is which.
NB: UN describe Dar city as having upto 70% of Informal Settlement. Others media houses describe the 'whole of Darslam' as a massive or gigantic Slum.
a well planned city should have a clear path, a clear definition of settlements ie. high, middle, or low class

So you agree that $3.9B is from our pockets, the rest is blaah, blaah. Tell me $3.9B for three years is 50% of our budget?[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23].

The truth of the matter is, Tanzania implements many projects on out of pockets, while Kenya depends on loans and grants [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Tatizo lako umejaza ujinga kichwani mwako, "Informal settlement is not the same as Slums".

please please jiwe la moto. hebu Google search the true meaning of Informal Settlement as defined by UN, then kisha urejee hapa tujadili zaidi, sawa dogo!
(nikisema Informal Settlements, nilikua namaanisha Slums basi, usije uka confuse hoja yangu)
Informal settlement means living in a deplorable condition, ie. structures made of filthy materials, and without running water, electricity, clear access routes, lack of security, lack of proper defecation sites, lack of proper wastewater and refuse disposal sites, and so...

In 2007 the Burundian government announced plans to eventually move the national capital from Bujumbura to Gitega.

Burundi is a very small market!... infact Burundi is ranked as the poorest country in the entire globe. so hio hoja yako sio tishio kwa nchi yenye uchumi mkubwa kama kenya.. umesikia kijana!
Bakhresa ametajirika kwa kuwauzia wanafunzi "icecreams na Big G", hujui biashara wewe, mbona ninyi wakenya mlitaka kuwekeza pesa nyingi LAPSSET wakati South Sudan is poorer than Burundi?.

By the way, Burundi is just a gate way to DRC, sisi tunafikiria miaka 50 ijayo, endeleeni kupiga usingizi, kumbuka hivi Sasa masoko yote tumeshikilia, bado South Sudan, muda sio mrefu pia tutawafurusha,,

Ni hatua nzuri.

in actual sense the Nairobi metro is bigger than Dar.......If you take Namanga to kitengela to Limuru to Kenol then to Ngong and Machakos......that's quite a large area.....It's only that none of these tanzanians have travelled outside tanganyika to see real cities

Wakenya hawana akili.
